Order Processing: Most orders are carefully prepared and processed in our lab within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, certain items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please Note: Processing times and shipping times are separate. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
